It has been a real pleasure dealing with Arrow Lift, and happy we chose your company to purchase our chair lift. We will definitely recommend your company to anyone that needs a lift. Your employees are the “Best". Tom was a wonderful sales person and explained things we needed to know very well and was VERY patient. Josh went out of his way to satisfy us also in a very pleasant patient way, and was very careful to make sure everything was neat and clean before he left.

Over the past 10 years we have contracted Arrow Lift for repairs and inspections of our vertical lifts in our district facilities. The last 2 years we have signed service agreements with Arrow Lift for inspections and repairs which in turn helps the district save money on parts and labor. The service technicians that are assigned to our facilities work in a professional and efficient manner. Merrill Public Schools recommends Arrow Lift Accessibility for any repairs and inspections you may have at your facility.

Not only are we pleased with the lift itself, but we are delighted with the service provided. Careful attention is given to the complex technical workings of this apparatus. The service agreement is honored by Arrow Lift and the care given to the lift is devoted and knowledgeable. One more thing, all the personnel with Arrow Lift are friendly people. I have (a medical condition) which rapidly progressed in 2002 and our lifestyle deteriorated at the same speed. Making the trek to the basement has been severely limited. There are too many reasons why (not going to the basement) affects my independence and my enjoyment of life.

I contacted the Independent Living Center in St. Cloud a year ago (2009) to see if they could provide help on getting a stairlift. I called Arrow Lift and Chuck came to our home to give us a written quote, but we couldn't find any financial help and it was beyond our means. (Independent Living) called back a couple of weeks ago (2010) and came out to visit and ended up donating one to us that Chuck donated to him on behalf of Arrow Lift. Jamison from Arrow Lift promptly installed the stairlift. He, like everyone else, was very polite and professional. Arrow Lift also didn't charge us for any permit fees, including extra for elevator inspection. Words cannot begin to express my appreciation and efforts from everyone involved in this truly selfless act of kindness. Now I can throughout our whole house without using so much energy or compromising my safety.

I first contacted them in 2007. A lady next door recommended (them) to us. We could choose lifts in many different price ranges or an elevator. We got to try each one of them out. They were not pushy, and it was about what price range we wanted. I bought a plan where they would pay for any repairs or anything that needed doing for the next two years. They would also check to see how it was going. I called them on the phone for some problems it was giving and they instantly hooked me up with a repairman. The technician said he would be here at 3 o'clock and he was here at exactly that time. He was neat and clean. He worked very professionally. He brought his own tools to do the work and had even change the battery for me.
